My Client is a large service based organisation here in Melbourne, who I have helped recruit for for the past 5 years. They have quickly built a reputation for having one of the most established HRIS teams in the market and have developed a SuccessFactors platform that covers a payroll of over 13,000 employees.

We are recruiting for a Payroll System Analyst at the moment to come in and support the hypercare activities for their Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platform. This position will be heavily focused on the technical configuration of their ECP platform including;

  • Wage Types Configuration
  • Work Schedule Rules
  • Personal Calculation Rules

Other responsibilities as a Payroll System Analyst in the team include;

  • Managing all level 1 & 2 support queries, whilst triaging more complex issues through to the third party vendor.
  • Building and executing on test scenarios.
  • Supporting the team on the half yearly SuccessFactors ECP release updates.
  • Being a voice for the organisation when it comes to dealing with vendors.
  • Intepreting EBA's and building them into the platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone to come in a grow their technical skills in ECP. This would suit someone who has been in an SAP Payroll environment previously and has recently gotten involved in more technical requirements on projects, or someone who has strong technical HRIS skills with only limited exposure to ECP previously.

If this sounds like an opportunity you'd be interested in, please apply so we can have a chat.
