Airtree are advertising this role on behalf of Human Health, one of our portfolio companies. Your application will be reviewed by the hiring team at Human Health.

Our mission is to give everyone access to personalised healthcare.

Nearly three-quarters of the global population are affected by chronic disease (WHO), yet most healthcare innovation targets the wealthy - with concierge clinics, luxury wearables, and $1,000+ blood tests out of reach for most.

Human Health was founded by two ex-Canva product leaders, Kate and Georgia, to change that - making precision healthcare radically accessible for the 99%, not just biohackers or billionaires. Human helps people living with chronic conditions like ADHD, autoimmune disease, long COVID, anxiety, and rare illnesses track their health, build a full medical record, and get personalised insights - all while contributing to one of the world’s largest living datasets on chronic illness.

With over 150,000 users in the US and fast-growing adoption, Human is turning real-world health data into research at scale - reshaping treatment pathways and accelerating medical breakthroughs for everyone.

If you’re interested, you can find out more about Our Team, Values, Benefits and Interview Process here

We’re looking for a creative, curious Junior Social Marketer to help us bring Human’s voice to life across social platforms and connect with the people who need us most. You will report to our Head of Customer.

What success in your first year looks like

In your first year, you’ve helped grow Human’s presence on social media into something people look forward to seeing. You’ve contributed to regular content that’s clear, thoughtful, and on-brand - and you’ve helped shape what that brand looks and sounds like online. You’ve learned what drives engagement with our audience, and helped scale up the ideas and formats that work. Most importantly, you’ve helped more people living with chronic conditions feel connected, supported, and seen through our social channels.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Support our social media presence - help plan, draft, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, in line with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Find and manage creator partnerships - identify aligned social creators, coordinate partnerships, and track performance to grow reach and credibility.
  • Experiment and learn - run small tests across formats, hashtags, and posting strategies, and report on what’s landing and what we can improve.
  • Engage with our audience - surface compelling stories, product moments, and community conversations that build trust and engagement. Reply to comments, monitor DMs, and keep a pulse on how people are responding to our content and brand.
  • Support marketing operations - jump in on cross-functional marketing needs like updating app store listings, helping coordinate email marketing, or supporting paid campaigns.
Your Skills and Expertise

  • Strong sense of brand tone and visual style , with an eye for what makes content resonate.
  • Comfortable writing short-form copy , from captions to comments to creator briefs.
  • Curious and proactive , always looking for what’s working and how to make it better.
  • Feel Impactful: Changing the lives of the 1 in 3 humans living with a chronic condition
  • Feel Present: Remote working model& Flexible hours
  • Feel Invested: Competitive equity options

  • Feel Connected: Quarterly on-sites in Sydney & annual team retreats
  • Feel Fun: Join or start a shared interest group like our dinner club or movies & shows

Values

Fix systems, not symptoms.

"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."

Be clear & be kind.

"Honesty without kindness is cruel. Kindness without honesty is manipulation. Honesty with kindness is integrity."

Simpler is smarter.

"If you can’t explain it simply you don’t understand it"

Build impact, not empires.

"You haven't truly lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you."

Lean into vulnerability

"To share your weakness is to make yourself vulnerable, to make yourself vulnerable is to show your strength.”

Enjoy the ride!

"Having fun is not a diversion from a successful life, it is the pathway to it."

We understand the value that diversity brings to our company and broader society, so we strive to create a working environment where everyone feels heard and valued for their contributions, no matter who they are.

As such, we welcome everyone to apply for this role, especially those individuals who are underrepresented in our industry including, but not limited to: people from diverse race and ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQI+ folks, women, individuals with disabilities (both seen and unseen), and people of any age or family status.

As a certified B Corp and for-purpose brand, we design products that are built to last and get better with use. We're always improving, always evolving, and we want our social presence to do the same.
We're looking for a strategic thinker to lead our social media presence — shaping how we show up across platforms, turning ideas into engaging content, and growing our community in ways that drive connection, have impact and reflect our values. Your job is to build connection through platform-specific strategies that help us grow our following and engage with our audience in a way that feels considered, relevant, and distinctly Bellroy.

You'll make sure each post goes out with purpose — overseeing when and how content is published so it aligns with our strategy and hits the mark with our audience. You'll keep a close eye on performance, test ideas, and refine our approach as you go.
Your role will be to think ahead, spot trends, guide content development, and ensure our social presence keeps evolving. You'll have the opportunity to shape a long-term strategy and track its impact over time.
YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU…
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy and direction (bonus points if that's with a product or consumer-facing brand)
  • Know how to translate big-picture marketing goals into platform-specific strategies that drive results
  • Create clear, actionable content briefs that align teams around a shared vision, tone, and audience focus
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence — able to collaborate across creative, brand and marketing teams to move work forward
  • Are confident with data — able to identify trends, measure performance, and turn insights into action
  • Stay across platform best practices and emerging trends — with a good sense of what's worth testing, and how to adapt when something isn't landing
IF YOU WERE IN THE ROLE LAST WEEK, YOU MIGHT HAVE…
  • Led a planning session to define the social approach for an upcoming campaign
  • Briefed the creative team on content needs for Instagram, TikTok and Reddit
  • Reviewed performance data and collaborated with the creative team to refine content direction
  • Helped adjust tone and messaging to suit different platforms and audience segments
  • Drafted a content calendar and coordinated timing with the broader marketing team
  • Compiled the monthly social performance report and shared insights with the team to inform future content
  • Shared insights on emerging platform features and developed testing strategies
  • Met with our Social Customer Support Manager to identify opportunities to turn trending and frequently asked questions into future social content

From 2025, ASIC's Moneysmart program, which was accessed by more than 11 million Australians last year, will start delivering a new ongoing program to ensure Australians have easy access to independent, reliable information on superannuation and retirement through new consumer education campaigns, content and tools.

The role

As ASIC’s Social Media Lead, you will:

  • Develop and implement ASIC’s social media strategy across corporate and consumer channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, fostering a high-performance, innovative culture.
  • Provide expert strategic advice to senior leaders on social media campaigns, content, and best-practice audience engagement.
  • Oversee content planning and execution, ensuring messaging aligns with ASIC’s regulatory work and consumer financial education objectives.
