Job Descriptions

This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia’s most curious, creative, and culturally tuned-in insights consultancies, a team of big thinkers working at the intersection of data, strategy, design, and human behaviour.

With offices in multiple cities, they’re award-winning, proudly independent, and thrive on solving complex business problems. Think of them as the strategic challenger agency —delivering transformative thinking that’s earned them a shelf full of industry trophies and awards.

Expect to work with top-tier clients across brand, innovation, customer experience, and communications—helping them navigate uncertainty, uncover opportunities, and create meaningful impact.

As a Senior Consultant/Associate Director, you'll lead end-to-end quantitative and mixed-methods research projects that make a real difference to clients and their customers. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, cultural analysts, qual researchers, and data scientists, curating stories that go beyond the numbers.

You’ll:

  • Shape project design, analysis, and strategic insight
  • Partner with clients to solve brand and marketing problems
  • Craft compelling narratives from complex datasets
  • Integrate cultural and qualitative insights into your work
  • Lead and mentor junior team members
This role is perfect for someone ready to step into a more senior, client-facing strategic position, while remaining hands-on in their craft.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 4+ years in quantitative research, ideally agency-side
  • A background in marketing, behavioural science, or psychology is a plus
  • Expertise in analysis, data storytelling, and mixed-methods design
  • Confidence leading client relationships and influencing outcomes
  • A passion for curiosity, culture, and the future of research
In return, you’ll enjoy being part of an award-winning agency making real waves in the industry. You’ll get to stretch your thinking alongside some of the best brains in the industry. Plus, regular socials, competitive leave policies including paid parental leave, flexible and hybrid working, and a culture that genuinely puts people first.

So if you are keen to do your best work yet, send your CV to Rowan at or call Rowan on to learn more.
