What you’ll achieve As an Advisory Solutions Principal focused on Generative AI at Dell Technologies, you will provide strategic technical leadership in designing and delivering GenAI solutions that align with our customers’ business goals. This role emphasizes deep expertise in the platforms and infrastructure that power GenAI workloads—including compute, storage, networking, orchestration, and model deployment environments. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI solutions. You will:
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on GenAI strategy, with a focus on platform architecture, infrastructure readiness, and operationalization. Provide technical leadership in selecting, implementing, and optimizing platforms for GenAI workloads (e.g., NVIDIA AI Enterprise, VMware Private AI, Kubernetes, Dell APEX, Azure AI, etc.).
Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations that showcase Dell’s GenAI capabilities and platform advantages and collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, scope projects, and develop tailored GenAI platform solutions.
Translate complex customer requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful design and delivery of GenAI solutions, including integration with data pipelines, model training environments, and inference platforms.
Stay current with emerging trends in GenAI infrastructure, including LLM deployment, GPU/accelerator technologies, MLOps, and data governance.

Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions at scale, with a strong understanding of the underlying platform requirements.
Deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies including high-performance computing (HPC), GPU clusters, storage architectures, and networking for AI workloads.
Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), MLOps frameworks, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Strong understanding of GenAI model lifecycle—from data ingestion and training to fine-tuning and inference and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.
Recognized as a thought leader in AI infrastructure or platform engineering, with a track record of innovation and customer impact.
