As the General Manager Design Solutions, you will strategically reimagine and revolutionise the delivery of Powerlink’s design program. You will leverage internal capabilities, contractor partnerships, and supplier resources to optimise and drive efficiencies. By delivering designs that meet requirements, you will contribute directly to the whole lifecycle of projects and support the transmission infrastructure needs of both customers and Queenslanders.
In an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving environment, you will enhance operational excellence and drive transformational improvements by developing and implementing innovative, world-class solutions utilising emerging technologies in high-voltage infrastructure design management.
You will collaborate closely with managers across multidisciplinary teams of highly skilled technical professionals, to ensure Powerlink’s infrastructure design services support the effective and efficient delivery of Powerlink’s infrastructure program, aligning with organisational priorities and customer expectations, while actively contributing to the Delivery and Technical Solutions senior leadership team. Your support will be pivotal in helping the Executive General Manager achieve divisional performance goals.

- Deliver a program of projects for key clients through management of key stakeholders and contractors.

About You
You’re a seasoned project leader, with a strong background working on tailings and civil projects, who thrives in fast-paced environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.We hope you'll also bring;
- Bachelor degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or project management qualifications are desirable.
- Proven project management experience including managing multiple coinciding programs with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A background working on tailings, water and civil projects, ideally with some experience within a consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations and client interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high quality service to clients within budget and time constraints

We have an ambitious product vision that we're executing on and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager for our flagship product, helping to drive the roadmap towards becoming a qualitative data warehouse for product teams. You'll play a critical role in owning the vision, strategy, roadmap and execution of this team for the company.
What you’ll do- Be customer-obsessed. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. - Experience with B2B SaaS products . You understand product led and sales led growth strategies for B2B SaaS products and have implemented them before. Freemium growth models, funnel analysis and pricing decisions are areas that you have experience owning, analyzing and driving.
- Pragmatism . We're looking for someone who can wear multiple hats across the entire lifecycle of product exploration, launch and adoption. You have a proven track record of making tough tradeoffs and rallying a team through difficult challenges.

We are seeking an outstanding educator to lead our Learning Support Department in the Junior School. This full time, tenured role, provides strategic leadership in empowering staff with resources and guidance to meet the individual learning needs of each boy they teach. Through collaboration and teamwork, the Head of Learning Support – Junior School drives inclusive and differentiated teaching practices, oversees targeted intervention programs and ensures effective communication across staff, families, and external professionals.
Teaching 0.5 load, the successful candidate will model excellent practice both in and beyond the classroom. A champion of evidence-based approaches, they will support academic and pastoral development, implement personalised learning pathways and reasonable adjustments, and work in partnership with families to foster meaningful individual progress and achievement.

Proven excellence as a classroom teacher, with a demonstrated ability to improve student learning outcomes and contribute to curriculum development

Strong capability to manage budgets and funding applications
Effective, inclusive and collaborative team leadership approach
Proficient in use of data to inform planning and drive student progress

Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality
A strong track record of engaging effectively with all stakeholders within a school community
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Special Education with experience in leading and delivering impactful individual, small group, whole class and whole school intervention strategies
Relevant qualifications and/or training in child safety and wellbeing
Current VIT registration

What you’ll do (the role)
Summary
This role is responsible for defining and executing the People Plan for the APAC region during a period of significant growth, potentially doubling the employee base and expanding across multiple countries. Reporting to Executive Leader Adam Pegg, the role involves strategic workforce planning across a complex matrix organization spanning diverse functions (business development, marketing, engineering, construction, environmental planning, and asset management) in at least five countries.
Responsibilities of the Role
Defining and implementing the People Plan for the APAC Region. There is significant growth (potentially doubling in employee population and countries) forecast for 2025 and 2026 for this group. The Executive leader of this group, Adam Pegg will be the key stakeholder for the role.Strategic workforce planning across a matrix organization covering business development, commercial marketing, engineering, construction, environmental planning and asset management, employed across a minimum of 5 APAC countries.Succession Plans, retention risk and attrition issues, proactively managing risks and accelerating opportunities.The creation and agreement for a culture of engagement and recognition using tools such as Culture Amp to support an open, safe, and innovative culture.Partnering with the functional leadership team to set clear goals and performance standards for their organization, identifying high potential individuals, and ensuring there are inclusive, robust career and development plans throughout.Defining and resourcing leadership development requirements and direct coaching for a fast-growing population of people who may be newly promoted to management, or externally hired.Ongoing organizational design analysis, structure adjustments and change management to accommodate the scale of growth.Managing a team member in the Talent Acquisition team to identify smart solutions to resourcing plans of up to 50 hires per annum and ensuring that the quality of talent being welcomed into the organization is competent for today and has potential growth for tomorrow.Partnering with the Reward to ensure that all reward related processes are understood and managed within the APAC region and overall responsibility for the annual compensation cycles and benchmarking exercises.Managing the P&C Ops team to provide a monthly set of KPI’s delivered to the functional leadership team to monitor that the people plan is on track, or course corrected quickly. Responsible for the HR Ops team in APAC who have accountability for regional P&C policies, payrolls, onboarding, offboarding and resolution of employee relations issues.Responsibility for leading at least one P&C strategic annual objective globally
