The Opportunity

Join CSL's dynamic Commercial team as the Commercial Business Manager , leading strategic partnerships across pharmacy and GP channels. Reporting directly to the Senior Director , you'll manage a team and play a key role in expanding Seqirus's portfolio footprint across Australia's healthcare landscape.

The Role

• You will lead strategic commercial partnerships with pharmacy banner groups and corporate GP accounts, developing enduring valuable partnerships

• You will develop strategic channel plans across retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, corporate accounts, and wholesalers.

• You will provide clear leadership to the sales team, driving performance and accountability.

• You will collaborate with our teams (Brand, Finance, Supply, and Logistics) to ensure effective product delivery and execution.

• You will analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and identify new channel opportunities, including digital and direct-to-patient models.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in pharmacy and GP channel management, including working with banner groups.

• Proven expertise in leading and driving the high performance of a team.

• Pharmaceutical industry experience; must be technically credible with pharmacists and GPs.

• Demonstrated ability to structure strategic commercial deals aligned with brand and goals.

• Degree in a science-related discipline (e.g., pharmacy, medicine, and nursing); postgraduate qualifications in business preferred.

• Experience in marketing strategy to support future career progression.

Your Role :

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to continue the successful launch of Vazkepa in within our Cardiovascular portfolio. This role is necessary to continue on delivering the early success of the Vazkepa launch, creating strategic partnerships in CV, establishing and executing in the CV therapeutic area in Australia and New Zealand. You will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, Specialty, CSL ANZ.

Your Responsibilities:

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for our products, including customer segmentation, product difference, and demand planning.

· Team Collaboration : Lead teams, work with market access, regulatory affairs, medical, and other departments.

· Financial Oversight: Manage sales and operational budgets, including planning.

· Project Management: Implement project management practices to ensure successful execution of strategies.

· Mentorship: Guide and support the Brand Manager in delivering on brand activity plans.

· Market Research: Conduct market research and detailed analyses to support commercial decision-making.

· External Relations: Collaborate with important external groups, including clinicians and patient groups.

· Develop marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.

Your Skills and Experience:

· Education: Tertiary qualification in a health discipline, science, or pharmacy; marketing or business qualification (conferred or underway).

· Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

· Skills : You have experience leading teams, planning and project management skills. You are proficient in budgeting and forecasting and focused on customer and patient needs.

We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to work closely with our National Business Development Manager, General Manager, and Estimating Team. In this role, you’ll prepare, coordinate, and manage project tenders while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate estimates and smooth procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and report at regular Internal Project Meetings.
• Manage tender submissions including undertaking quantity take-offs.
• Attend and report at Post Tender Meetings with prospective Clients.
• Lead Estimating Team with reviewing and assessing Post Tender Clarifications.
• Develop proposals for waterproofing systems based on design documents.
• Critically analyse tender documents and provide BoQ.
• Accurately assess plans and take off.
• Gather and monitor actual costs vs estimated costs, maintaining historic data and price sheets.
• Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.

• Review estimates prepared by estimating team including Returnable Schedules / Addenda and the like
• Attend site’s to gain proficient understanding of production schedules and material usage.
• Participate in Company and Inter-Company Training Days.

• Estimate projects in accordance with the company’s requirements.
• Prepare estimates with concise budgeted materials and labour hours.
• Delivery of projects from estimation to delivery with a high standard of quality as set out in the company’s quality expectations.
• Review incoming work and assessment of the works
• Unsuccessful tender follow up and review
• Implement Estimating Procedures to estimating team
• Formulate and maintain Cost Database (to ensure competitive pricing)
• Understand and Apply aspects of construction methods relating to waterproofing and its Standards
• Handover of successfully tendered (awarded) projects including preparation of marked up drawings,
• 4-5+ years of experience in senior estimating

An exciting opportunity exists for 2 Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic Maintenance and Utilities – Maintenance Services Team, working afternoon shift.

The department provides essential engineering and maintenance support services on the CSL Behring Broadmeadows site. You'll also lead and manage a Mechanical trades team.

This is an ongoing role working in our afternoon shift (14:30-22:21)

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Maintenance Services Mechanical & Refrigeration, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide maintenance and engineering solutions to improve plant and equipment reliability
• Provide leadership and supervision for Mechanical Technicians; manage maintenance activities during facility shutdown periods
• Ensure preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently
• Investigate process, plant, and equipment failures, determine the cause of failure, and develop permanent solutions
• Provide technical advice in Manufacturing facilities on-site
• Develop close working relationships with personnel in Operations, Electrical & Instrumentation, System Owner Group, Planning & Support Group, and Quality.
• Maintain training and documentation relevant to the mechanical team

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering
• Experience in a batch manufacturing environment, specifically in filling / packaging / palletising
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering position
• Experience in a GMP environment would be an advantage, but is not essential
• Previous experience in a supervisory role overseeing contractors or trades
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
