About The Role
In this newly created role and function, you will be a key member of the System Design Senior Leadership team. You will collaborate with all System Design functions, including those supporting other divisions and groups such as AEMO WA & Strategy and AusEnergy Services Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the delivery of business solutions across the System Design division, ensuring that improvement activities are progressed in a timely manner, particularly for 'on-the-business' initiatives. This role is crucial for the overall success of the System Design division in fulfilling its specific obligations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading activities for working on the business across System Design
- Develop and oversight implementation of Divisional Business Plan and strategy
- Support to develop and implement the SD technology roadmap
- Modelling, data governance and management including modelling strategy implementation and liaison with SD SMEs
- Process improvement including documentation for role clarity, onboarding, workload management improvement , change management, project management to implement operating model changes , etc
- Support Executive and Senior Leadership Team led improvement activities
- First point of contact for central function monitoring and uplift, e.g. risk , compliance, finance, etc.
- Previous experience in senior management role with detailed understanding of the Australian Energy Sector.
- Sound commercial acumen and ability to influence at a senior level
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in identifying potential issues, risks and scenarios
- Proven track record in managing client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills, including engaging with key stakeholders to create acceptance in both the process and outcomes
- Sound knowledge of the political, legal and regulatory framework in which the energy industry operate
- Demonstrated experience in advocating, negotiating and influencing outcomes.

About The Team & The Position
Digital capabilities include applications, interfacing systems, data and the underlying technology/infrastructure and networks across IT and in the converged zone of IT-OT coupled with industry interchange hubs and platforms. Due to solutions hosted by the digital teams, the division is uniquely placed to observe and validate the interplay amongst other business divisions within AEMO and with other stakeholders, across the AEMO ecosystem. As such Enterprise services from the division includes Strategy and Architecture, with a focus on providing business capability focused solutions across the value chain and optimising AEMO’s investments in alignment with AEMO strategic corporate plan.
This position will provide stewardship, thought leadership, lead AEMO’s technology architectures to ensure they have the required availability, reliability, security, and flexibility to support AEMO’s System & Market Operations. This key role is to understand the business drivers, business roadmap, digital roadmaps and the target state, provide inputs to investment briefs, develop, and maintain domain architecture in the System Design domain, ensure design is adhered to enterprise architecture principles and standards through design governance and provide direction to allocated solution architects in the program
Position Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and domain architecture Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the System Design portfolio such as (not limited to) forecasting, planning, network model management – Electricity and/or Gas systems including the coupling to energy market systems
- Understanding of the life cycle of utility assets and the information that supports this life cycle. Provide architecture SME expertise to the in-flight Program of work including the definition of transformation program architectures and roadmaps
- Develop strategic and future state roadmaps in the System Design domain (@ enterprise level) in line with the requirements of the transforming Energy system. This includes the development of business cases.
- Contribute to the definition of strategic architecture to enhance the security footprint of the grid systems and applications. Manage and provide architectural advice to other solution architects in the System Design domain
- Represent assigned projects at various governance forums including the accountability of presenting the architectural artefacts at the governance and exec forums
- Review of the high-level design artefacts such as HLD (High Level Design Document), Interface Agreement documents, data migration strategy / plan. Provide architectural guidance to vendors implementing the solutions in various areas such as applications, API gateway, Integration. Identify and raise industry, business, program and technology level risks and issues
- Provide advice, based on experience, on the risk profile and cost of architectures and technologies, and choose the strategy with the appropriate balance between innovation, cost and the risk of the project to the reliability and performance of the systems.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in Australian Energy / Utility industry
- Experience on System Design, Network Model Management and Energy market operations – Value add
- A strategic thinker who is across industry trends in the utilities and supporting technology
- Proven experience in technical Leadership and SME advisory to Architecture, and broader digital teams across the whole division inclusive of technology, software development, IT operations and delivery.
- Build relationships, influence outcomes and secure support. Strong business and commercial acumen and an understanding of risk frameworks
- Strong experience with Microservices & Event-driven Architecture
- Highly developed interpersonal and expert communication skills, including consultation, influencing and experience negotiating technology / business / investment outcomes and responsibilities with both business representatives, industry and technology service providers
Education/ Professional Certifications
- Tertiary level qualifications in IT, Computer Science or technology discipline ideal
- Certifications in relevant technologies, TOGAF or other architecture methodologies is desirable.

- Define and manage the entire systems integration of the communications project, including detailed design, set to work, integration testing, and deployment.
- Develop the project specific detailed design and integration processes aligning them to the Engineering Management System
- Plan and execute the detailed design and integration activities, including resource allocation, task management and problem solving.
- Identify potential issues, manage risk, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful integration.
- Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and risks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering team members.
- Be accountable for ensuring that required engineering products and activities are produced:
- In accordance with the approved procedures,
- To required specifications and quality standards,
- To schedule,
- To meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including systems engineering, product management, supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the communication systems.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Detailed Design and Integration team. Additional Duties:
- Manage integration and deployment activities at customer facilities.
- Contribute to contract change proposals.

About The Role
In this newly created role and function, you will be a key member of the System Design Senior Leadership team. You will collaborate with all System Design functions, including those supporting other divisions and groups such as AEMO WA & Strategy and AusEnergy Services Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the delivery of business solutions across the System Design division, ensuring that improvement activities are progressed in a timely manner, particularly for 'on-the-business' initiatives. This role is crucial for the overall success of the System Design division in fulfilling its specific obligations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading activities for working on the business across System Design
- Develop and oversight implementation of Divisional Business Plan and strategy
- Support to develop and implement the SD technology roadmap
- Modelling, data governance and management including modelling strategy implementation and liaison with SD SMEs
- Process improvement including documentation for role clarity, onboarding, workload management improvement , change management, project management to implement operating model changes , etc
- Support Executive and Senior Leadership Team led improvement activities
- First point of contact for central function monitoring and uplift, e.g. risk , compliance, finance, etc.
- Previous experience in senior management role with detailed understanding of the Australian Energy Sector.
- Sound commercial acumen and ability to influence at a senior level
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in identifying potential issues, risks and scenarios
- Proven track record in managing client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills, including engaging with key stakeholders to create acceptance in both the process and outcomes
- Sound knowledge of the political, legal and regulatory framework in which the energy industry operate
- Demonstrated experience in advocating, negotiating and influencing outcomes.

About The Role
We’re seeking a values-aligned Coordinator - Mental Health Policy and System Design to join our high-performing, purpose-led team. In this pivotal role, you’ll contribute to the full commissioning cycle from planning and design to procurement, contracting, monitoring, and evaluation. You’ll help deliver impactful, evidence-based, and locally tailored mental health programs that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement commissioning activities related to mental health policy and system design
- Support integrated planning, procurement, and service design initiatives in collaboration with providers and regional stakeholders
- Help maintain strong relationships with PHNs, national organisations, and local services to drive cohesive and responsive service delivery
- Ensure access and equity are prioritised, particularly for First Nations people and other priority populations
- Facilitate meaningful engagement with consumers and carers to ensure their voices influence service outcomes
- Represent the organisation on key working groups, committees, and external forums
- Maintain accurate records in program databases and contribute to quality improvement activities across the team

- You’re a systems thinker with experience in mental health, health policy, social services, or related commissioning environments.
- Strong project coordination skills across the commissioning lifecycle.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Mobile) to take ownership of driving our mobile experience on iOs native.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Design System Engineer to lead the evolution of our cross-platform design system. You’ll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and product to deliver a scalable, accessible, and well-documented component library that empowers our teams to move faster and more confidently.
You thrive in challenging situations, and you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. You are quick to grasp the nuances and complexities of developing an AI product healthcare internationally.
What you'll do:
Ultimately you will have the opportunity to work with the engineering mastermind behind Heidi developing Heidi AI products which will change the face of healthcare
- Own the architecture and implementation of Heidi’s design system across web and desktop (React/TypeScript), and collaborate on mobile (iOS) guidelines.
- Partner closely with product designers to translate design principles into reusable, accessible components that reflect our brand and UX standards.
- Create documentation, tooling, and contribution workflows that scale design system usage across teams.
- Drive adoption by collaborating with product teams and advocating for system thinking and frontend best practices.
- Push for performance, consistency, and accessibility across the UI—making our experiences fast, inclusive, and beautiful.
- Contribute to Heidi’s overall frontend architecture and help set best practices for scalable and maintainable codebases.
What we'll look for:
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, with deep expertise in modern React and TypeScript.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining robust design systems or component libraries in fast-moving environments.
- Experience collaborating with designers and driving alignment between design and engineering teams.
- A systems mindset—you think in terms of patterns, constraints, and scalability.
- Bonus: familiarity with desktop app technologies (e.g. Electron), iOS or mobile design systems, or Figma plugin APIs.
