We are looking for an eager and experienced People Analytics & Reporting Contractor to join our dynamic People Operations team. This is a 6-month contract role that focuses on enhancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities across various HR functions.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background as a People Analytics Analyst , People Analytics Reporting Analyst , HR Analyst , or HR Reporting Analyst , and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60-$5/hr. w2

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain People Data Reports & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain a suite of regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards utilizing our HRIS (Workday preferred) and other data sources.
  • Conduct In-Depth People Analytics: Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to our workforce. Translate these insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for People Operations leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other teams to provide data-driven support for key People initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure Data Integrity & Accuracy: Proactively audit, cleanse, and validate people data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports. Develop and implement data governance best practices.
  • Ad-Hoc Data Requests: Respond to and fulfill ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, improving efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Storytelling with Data: Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through presentations, written summaries, and visualizations.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry best practices in people analytics, HR technology, and data visualization.

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in a People Analytics, HR Reporting, HR Analyst, or similar data-focused HR role.
  • Proven expertise in Workday reporting and analytics (creating custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

We have been engaged by the senior leadership of a reputable company searching for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst. You will report directly to the Assistant Controller and support the financial reporting team. You will work closely with the Controller, CFO, CEO and the operational leaders within the business. This position will be responsible for financial consolidations, month end close, monthly, quarterly and year end financial reporting, SEC external reporting. You will have the opportunity to assist with other regulatory filings, technical accounting research & interpretation and special projects for executive leadership. You'll also get to work on system implementations, lots of ad hoc projects and ability to do process improvements. Ad hoc projects could include working with FP&A, cost accounting and much more. Ideally seeking someone that has a mix of public accounting (audit/advisory/consulting) and industry experience working for a public company that has experience with consolidation accounting, SEC financial reporting and technical accounting research and drafting memos, SOX compliance and experience working with internal and external auditors.

  • Bachelor’s or MBA, Master’s Degree in Accounting, along with CPA preferred
  • Ideally 2-7 years’ experience in public accounting (audit background) or accounting within a large public corporation
  • Expertise of GAAP accounting concepts and current accounting and financial reporting practices
  • Strong technical writing skills, verbal & written communication skills
  • Exposure to larger Accounting ERPs experience a plus
  • An overall aptitude for accounting issues in a public company

Overview
