Responsibilities
- Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions to customer’s business problems
- Understand business requirements and be able to translate them into technical requirements.
- Understands future technology or operational trends as they relate to and support customer business requirements ( rusted advisor role).
- Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that appropriately addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity.
- Develops Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements into specific technology or operational recommendations.
- Ability to apply business management and financial concepts, capital investment, financial modeling, and general aspects of business contracts. Use this knowledge to analyze business needs and develop meaningful system or operational recommendations.
- Ability to apply knowledge of how the industry uses IT to address business challenges using, for example, technical standards and infrastructure, cross-industry trends that impact IT investment, industry-specific roadmaps, and IT enablers.

- A highly motivated self-starter who possess positive mindset, a doer mentality, proactive and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Being TGOGAF or Agile certified is a plus point.

What role will you play?As an Enterprise Architecture Analyst, you will contribute to strategic architecture alignment and governance initiatives. Working closely with architects across platform and product teams, you will ensure architecture aligns with business needs while fostering consistency and continuity across the organisation. Your role will involve supporting processes such as Architecture Advice Forums (AAFs) and platform reviews, contributing to the definition of business architecture, and serving as a vital link between business and technology teams.

What you offer- Experience in business architecture, solution architecture, or related fields, aspiring to grow into an Enterprise Architect role within a regulated financial services environment
- Demonstrated experience contributing to at least two (preferably more) of the following areas: business capability modelling, architecture governance, domain architecture roadmaps, translating enterprise strategy into technology impacts and initiatives, evaluating technology fitness, and assessing technology roadmaps for business value and alignment with business strategy.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, including organisation-specific adoption, customisation, and associated governance. Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are welcomed.
- Extensive knowledge of modern architecture concepts and practices (e.g., well-architected reviews, cyber-security, public cloud, and data platforms)
- Experience with architecture tooling (e.g., Ardoq, LeanIX), and architecture documentation best practices
- 6+ years track record in technology-related roles, such as architecture, software engineering, with consulting experience preferred
- Excellent communicator and storyteller especially explaining complex technology value to a business and technology leadership audience, a strategic problem solver, an influencer, a thought leader, and a team player.

The General Manager of Enterprise Architecture (GMEA) is a strategic and collaborative leadership role, dedicated to guiding the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and governance. This role ensures that technology platforms and solutions align with business goals, are scalable, secure, and support innovation and growth.
The ideal candidate will inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture while building strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities:- Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation of current state architectures, ensuring understanding across the Enterprise Architecture team and senior technology leaders.
- Actively identify and address gaps in the current architecture by collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of challenges and opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to co-create target state architectures that align with strategic objectives, fostering buy-in through inclusive and thoughtful communication.

- Experience in the financial services sector (wealth management, banking, insurance, or superannuation preferred), with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Deep expertise across multiple architecture domains, including business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to align technology strategies with business goals, communicating complex concepts in an engaging and accessible way to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Extensive experience with architecture frameworks, using thoughtful judgement to select the most suitable framework for organisations of varying sizes and maturity.
- Hands-on experience with modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud-native architectures) and modelling tools.
