Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, execution and reporting, including:
- Planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and re-marketing platforms
- Collaborating with clients and creatives to develop performance-focused media plans that align with client objectives
- Using AI-powered tools to streamline campaign workflows, automate reporting, and enhance performance analysis
- Supporting the development and execution of CRM and EDM strategies, including audience segmentation, automation and A/B testing
- Contributing to organic social media strategies, including planning content calendars, briefing creatives and tracking engagement metrics
- Interpreting performance data across channels to generate actionable insights and refine campaign strategies
- Monitoring and improving digital conversion funnels to increase leads and reduce cost per acquisition
- Communicating campaign results and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency, clarity and strategic alignment
Who would be a great fit
You’ll need a few years’ experience in digital marketing, and be wanting to take your career to the next level. You must have amazing communications and clarity in copy writing, as well as:
- A smart problem solver and ability to think on your feet
- Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AdWords, SEM Rush, HotJar and Webmaster Tools

Key Responsibilities:
- Writing and developing content for email and linked in campaigns
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for sponsorship and event attendance.
- Occasional graphic design on Adobe suite
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, tracking open rates, CTR, and conversion performance.
- Run targeted social media campaigns to increase event registrations and brand awareness.

About you:
- Have a tertiary qualification in Marketing Management or 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing

About The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth through paid and performance media. In this role, you’ll manage and optimise campaigns across a variety of mid and bottom-funnel platforms to generate high-quality leads for Tyro’s direct sales team. Reporting to the Direct Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in achieving growth targets by constantly improving performance media channels and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external agencies. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are essential as you plan, execute, and refine campaigns that make an impact.

- Ability to research, build and optimise Paid Search accounts
- Management of SEM agencies and platforms

Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Performance Marketing & eCommerce
- Optimize paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive traffic and ROI.
- Oversee DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platforms including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
- Use insights to refine media targeting, conversion funnels, and support CRO initiatives.
- Lead agile development of platform-specific content, including A+ content for marketplaces.
- Manage creators and agencies to deliver brand-aligned assets.
- Identify and manage influencer and UGC partnerships to boost engagement and advocacy.
- Plan and execute sampling and events to drive trial and support eCommerce growth.
- Align sampling and events with broader digital campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sampling and event initiatives with digital campaigns.
- Track and report on digital and eCommerce KPIs with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for seamless execution.
- Set and monitor investment budgets to ensure delivery against KPIs and ROMI.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or performance media within FMCG or retail industries
- Proven track record of driving growth through digital commerce channels including DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platforms
- Strong expertise in paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplaces
- Experience leading agile content creation, influencer programs, and UGC campaigns to boost brand engagement and sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Creative, eCommerce, and external agencies
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

Right now, they’re scaling their digital capabilities across ANZ and are looking for a Digital & eCommerce Manager to join the team during a high-growth, high-visibility phase.

The portfolio you'll work across
Industry-leading brands in adult and pediatric nutrition, supporting everyday Australians and clinical communities alike. Expect strong brand equity, passionate internal teams, and a product roadmap focused on innovation, outcomes and digital growth.
You’ll thrive in this role if you
- Have 3–5 years of digital marketing, eCommerce or CRM experience (agency or in-house)
- Enjoy blending strategy with hands-on execution and owning your performance metrics
- Can manage multiple platforms and agency partners with confidence
- Are across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4 and Meta Business Manager
